Don Staniszewski

President

Don Staniszewski

Don has been in the transportation industry for 44 years, with experience in warehousing, logistics and last mile trucking. He worked for several major nationwide transportation and logistics companies including Leaseway Transportation, American Delivery Service, and Menlo Logistics. Don has been a stable force with our company as an owner with involvement in leadership operations roles since 2002. Don is also the founder and Chairman of the National Home Delivery Association, the leading industry association of last mile companies and associated providers.

Don graduated from Illinois State University with a BS in Psychology and an MBA degree from Illinois Institute of Technology. Don lives in Nashville with his wife Elisa and has two grown children residing in California. Don enjoys spending time with his family, road and mountain biking, running triathlons, and playing guitar.

Michael Remick

Senior Vice President, Operations

Michael Remick

Michael has been active in the management services industry for over 20 years, supporting multiple Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies focusing service both internally with client staff, and externally facing client customers/vendors.

At Fox River Services, Michael oversees all senior level operations management services to clients, including but not exclusive to, project management, contract negotiation, new business/location start-ups, process development and implementation, and interim senior leadership for companies going through high level leadership transitions.

Michael started his career working in logistics with our company in Michigan. There he primarily worked in providing cross docking, warehousing and final mile services to big box retail clients. He has held roles including Account Manager, Region Account Manager, and National Director of Operations.

Michael graduated from Western Michigan University with a BA in Business and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan. A Michigan native, Michael enjoys in his spare time spending time with his family, hunting, and mountain biking.

Angela McCluskey

President, FRA Services

Angela McCluskey

Angela McCluskey is the President of our management services sector, providing support and guidance for the field operations in areas of finance, human resources, compliance, safety, accounting, and other support functions.

Angela has been involved in various functions with our company since the 1990s and has been an active participant in our growth and progress.  Angela lives in Tennessee, and enjoys spending time with her large family, traveling overseas, watching sports, and community involvement in middle Tennessee.

Mirek Wasiukiewicz

Chief Financial Officer/General Manager

Mirek Wasiukiewicz

Mirek began his logistics career 40 years ago with Montgomery Ward in Logistics Planning advancing to several key roles including General Manager & CFO their logistics subsidiary, American Delivery Service. He has broad experience working in logistics, manufacturing, health care and retail. Prior to joining the company, Mirek was the Finance Director at Sears for major appliances, mattresses and tools.

Mirek is responsible for overseeing the operations, compliance, IT, HR and financial performance of the company in achieving planned growth and profitability.

Mirek graduated from DePaul University with a BS in Accountancy, passed the CPA exam and earned an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.  Mirek, his wife and 2 adult sons are avid sports fans and enjoy tailgating at pro and college games.  Mirek has recently relocated to Tennessee.

Kevin Allen

Vice President, Risk Management

Kevin Allen

Kevin has been specializing in risk and compliance for over 28 years and has built an extensive knowledge in safety and compliance management and operations-management working with and supporting Fortune 500 and private organizations.

Kevin oversees the management of all risk, safety and compliance services to clients, including safety and compliance management, training/developing staff and management, developing new policies and programs, identifying opportunities for company growth, government regulations, insurance maintenance, claims and litigation management.

Kevin’s career has always been in logistics. He started in warehouse distribution, worked in the safety department for a national LTL carrier, operations at FedEx, and has been in final/last mile delivery for the last 25 years.

Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics from Wayne State University. A Michigan native, Kevin loves spending time with his family, helping out local animal shelters, and is the founder/lead singer in his own 80’s cover band that plays at venues all over Michigan.

Jayme Namauleg

Vice President, Operations

Jayme Namauleg

Jayme is a seasoned operations management executive, she has 20+ years of successfully leading business operations and company innovation for high-growth organizations.

Jayme oversees the management of field operations of several client partners and customers. Jayme works with client operations and customer relationship management, improving process development and implementation, manages new business/location start-ups, and identity’s areas of risk and recommends mitigation strategies to our partners.

Jayme started her career over 16 years ago working at Lowe’s as an Area Operations Manager in which she directed operations providing expert management and was recognized for leading company performance in key metric drivers and expense control. After Lowes, she was a District Manager for Tawa Supermarket in which she trained, coached, and managed the performance of the general management team. Committed to achieving bottom-line results by aligning teams, setting accountabilities, achieving execution, and providing feedback to employees she has a proven ability to design and initiate effective inventory process, marketing, and customer service programs. As a superior communicator she excels in retail sales, product presentation, customer service, and sales team building.

Jayme attended college at Century College, White Bear Lake, MN. Jayme resides in Southern California, and enjoys time with her family, having movie nights, and watching her daughter's dance competitions and spending time with her son.

Senior Director, Operations

Mario Magdaleno

Mario has been active in the final mile industry for more than 15 years, supporting multiple customers across the country.

Mario manages and oversees a number of field final mile home delivery operations. He is responsible for providing operations management, start-up/new location development, risk mitigation, and employee engagement.

Mario started his career in 3PL working for Exel Inc. There, He learned the ins and outs of 3PL operations staring as Temp and moved his way up into management and travel support for new start ups and challenged locations across the nation. Mario Began his carrier with our company as an account manager in 2018 before transitioning into his current role as Director of Operations in 2021.

Mario graduated from Westwood College of Technology with a BA in Computer Networking Engineering. Mario resides in Southern California, and enjoys time with his family, watching movies and attending his daughter’s softball games.

Oscar Minjares

Director, Operations

Oscar Minjares

Oscar has been active in the final mile industry for over 18 years. Oscar started his career in the industry in 2006 as a dispatcher and progressed through the ranks based on his high level of dedication and customer service providing support across the nation. Oscar has successfully managed the last mile delivery accounts from small to large, along with managing four wall buildings.

Oscar became a director in 2023 overseeing several of our locations throughout the country. He is responsible for providing operations management start-up/new location development, risk mitigation, client relations, and employee engagements.

Oscar has a family of 6 and enjoys family trips to Laughlin, NV, every year. Based on the west coast, he also enjoys going to the movie theaters and theme parks.

Justin Koehler

Director, Operations

Justin Kohler

He is an experienced operations executive and leader in the final mile industry for the past 15 years.

Justin manages and oversees several final mile home delivery operations. He is responsible for providing operations management, start-up/new location development, risk mitigation, client relations, and employee engagement.

Justin attributes his leadership characteristics to his Career in the US Army. Justin was an Infantry Sergeant with two combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan, completing over 400 successful combat missions in a leadership role, and receiving numerous accommodations for meritorious service. After being honorably discharged, he began his final mile career as an Assistant Manager, eventually working his way up the ranks to the role of Director of Operations.

Justin likes to spend his off time with his wife and three little girls in Texas, either poolside at the house, surf fishing the Gulf Coast, or any outdoor activities!

Carlos Fuentes

Carlos serves as Director of Operations , bringing more than a decade of experience across large-scale retail logistics, distribution, and final mile delivery environments. His background includes leadership experience supporting Best Buy logistics operations, Target distribution networks, and a final mile delivery organization where he has developed deep operational expertise.

Throughout his career, Carlos has supported operations across multiple locations nationwide, assisting with new market launches, expanding brand presence, and providing hands-on leadership support where it is most needed. His experience includes working closely with startup and growing operations, helping teams establish strong foundations while maintaining consistency across markets.

Carlos brings a leadership perspective shaped by firsthand operational experience, having progressed through multiple levels of the organization over the course of his career. This background allows him to approach operations with a practical understanding of frontline challenges while maintaining a clear focus on long-term performance and team development.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their two dachshunds. As a family, they enjoy traveling and prioritizing time together whenever possible.

Sara Shields

Sara Shields

Sara is a seasoned human resource professional with more than 30 years of successfully leading global organizations to new levels in their employee engagement and development to support not only the organization’s growth but the growth of the employees.

Sara oversees all aspects of human resources providing a relationship driven approach to improving processes and implementations which enhance the overall performance of our operations. Sara is eager to provide this support to our clients.

Sara’s background offers a diverse range of human resource experience in manufacturing, logistics and service industries. She has led organizations through acquisitions, automation transitions, new plant setup, restructuring, and rapid growth.

Her education, experience, and eagerness to learn has provided her with a thorough understanding of how incorporating employee engagement into the overall details of the business can impact the bottom line.

Sara attended college at Bluffton University, Bluffton, Ohio. Sara resides in Tennessee, and enjoys time with her family, traveling, and experiencing new adventures.

Joshua Miller

Joshua Miller is the Controller of of Summit Delivery Services.  Josh has 20 years of experience in accounting management across multiple industries such as service, non-profit, manufacturing/fabrication, and logistics.  He believes accounting should be used as a tool for collaboration across all departments as it is vital for the success of any company, regardless of industry.

At Summit Delivery Services, Joshua oversees all the accounting transactions and reporting and their impact on the financial performance of the company.

Joshua graduated from Liberty University in Virginia with a BS and master’s in accounting.  Josh lives in the greater Nashville area with his wife, Roxanne, and enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.  Joshua is a sports enthusiast and especially enjoys the Titans, Predators, and Kansas City Royals.

Ray Borger

Director, Compliance

Raymond Borger

Ray is a seasoned Compliance and Operations executive, he is a results focused leader who delivers compliance and claims management resolutions.

Ray brings over 20 years of meritorious and honorable Active-Duty Army Leadership experience. During his distinguished military career, Ray held leadership roles through all his assignments which culminated as a First Sergeant of over 200 Soldiers across nine companies within the Battalion. He was responsible for the health and welfare which included ensuring the physical fitness, training, and mission ready status to deploy within 36 hours.

Ray’s experience brought him around the world on six deployments to far off lands such as Haiti, Bosnia and three tours in Iraq where he held leadership roles in a stressful combat environment earning him a Bronze Star medal for exceptional meritorious service. His dedication to duty and experience which included holding a Secret Clearance for over 20 years, transfers to his current role where he is responsible for managing our Compliance Department services to clients, including client relations, independent contract carrier on-boarding oversight and policy development and implementation. Raymond resides in Tennessee with his wife.

Steven Pioch

Director, Administration

Steven Pioch

Steven is responsible for multiple aspects of contract management, asset administration, building leases and special projects as the need arises. Steven joined our company in 2003 where he worked with accounting and client billing services.

Steven then joined the Compliance Department team in 2012 being involved in compliance related activities including insurance, contracts, claims resolution and Independent Contract Carrier onboarding processes to client account’s locations across the country.

Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys in Tennessee golfing, fishing, and boating! And although now a Titans fan, his heart remains with the Chicago Bears!
